AXT of Australia has remanufacturing XRF x-ray tubes for decades and have recently expanded their product line to include Siemens side window x-ray tubes. Many anode types are available and lead time is minimal for common models. Since their introduction in 2001, these tubes have returned superior results and durability to their OEM counterparts.
